UUCFM Community Gardens Application Form

This application, once approved, will reserve up to 3 single 4'x8' garden bed(s) for the 2026-27 season. The rental for each bed is $100/year. There is a discount for UUCFM members/staff and for volunteers.

I have read the UUCFM Community Garden policies and understand that failure to comply with the rules may result in loss of Garden privileges. There are no refunds of rental fees.

Community Garden space is limited. Beds will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Payment

You may rent up to 3 garden beds (provided we still have space available) at $100/bed. If you are a UUCFM member or staff you are eligible for a discount of $25. Note: a limited number of beds are linked together as doubles or triples. We will do out best to get your beds located close together.

The amount owed is ($100 x the number of beds) - $25 discount if applicable

Ex. You are a UUCFM member renting 1 bed: $100 - $25 = $75
Ex. You are renting two beds and are not a member or a volunteer: $200
Ex. You are a volunteer who also wishes to rent 2 beds for your personal use: $200 - $25 - $175
